Robin for hire: English Project Manager in Provence

March 9, 2017 by ashleyt 1 Comment

A builder with an eye for design. If you hire Robin, he can take you to various stores and warehouses to source materials if you’re new to this part of France.

A Certified Tradesmen in Provence, with Style

Since our renovation, my soft-spoken Brit has set up his business here in Provence renovating houses. Robin ran his own plumbing business in England, where he employed 2 workers, for 17 years before we moved to Provence.

Having obtained all his professional mechanical services engineering certificates, he is a plumbing and heating engineer. Robin knows all the building codes in France and makes sure to follow them for ultimate safety as well as a job well done. He’s a bit of a perfectionist I warn you.

English Project Manager in Provence

As a hands-on project manager, he keeps his worksite clean (a rarity in professional workmen!) and gives guarantees as he is fully insured and has a French VAT registered company.

He currently specialises is re-doing bathrooms and kitchens as he can do building code tiling, flooring, walls, electricity and plumbing. This way, you don’t need to hire and depend upon 5 different people. If it’s a big job, he’ll hire certified tradesmen for you and manage them. Robin also has a strong sense of design and can help with your renovation layouts.

All Over Provence

Based in Les Alpilles, Robin also works on houses in the Luberon, Vaucluse, Gard and Var regions of Provence all year long. He can come to your house for a quote, but please only inquire if you’ve already bought your house. Also, keep in mind he is booked a couple months in advance so if you’d like some renovation doing, start thinking about it now!
