Renovation Reveal. We still haven’t hung any art yet! Soon. Notice we kept some of the blue on the ceiling.
The living room from our renovation reveal in Provence! More photos to come.
Bookshelf

When we first put this rather large bookcase in the room Robin wasn’t too happy with me as he first thought it overshadowed the lovely spiral staircase. But, despite the beauty of the final room- to has to be liveable. For me, that means living amongst a rather large amount of books! Sadly, there’s still books in drawers at the moment…

Just beautiful and so cozy! Cannot wait to see the bedroom and bathroom (assuming we do get to “visit” the upstairs level as well…)! 🙂
haha of course!
I can see there’s room on the wall by the bookcase for a hideabed or a day bed for over night visitors!!!
Just saying:)
That was quite a good job, I must say. It’s wonderful !
thank you!
I’ll be posting before and after pics soon!
Where do you do your computer work? At the table? No desk? Do you guys ever watch tv? I wonder where you lounge. I feel like me and my husband need a lot of lounging space, but I suppose others not so much?
I go to the local café every morning to work on the computer. My coffee is normally even waiting for me! Otherwise, I work at the kitchen table. Since these photos, we’ve bought another, more comfortable couch. We watch all our tv on my laptop. We’re huge fans of everything on BBC so we couldn’t watch that on French TV anyways. The house is so small that everything needs to be pretty!
Hi, Could you please let me know the mixture that you used to do the walls? Thank you
Hi Maite, The recipe for the mixture we used is here: https://curiousprovence.com/chaux-instead-of-paint/
