Personalized Provence Itineraries
I provide flexible itineraries for your Provence vacation. They are meant as a guide for experiencing the best of Provence even if only for a short stay. There is so much to see in Provence that it’s hard to pick! Let me suggest what I think are the most worthwhile visits.
How it Works
Send me an email with your interests, your dates, and where you’ll be staying and I’ll happily coordinate a personalized itinerary for your stay in Provence. I will take into consideration the time of year, the best days to visit certain towns and local festivals.
What I Include
If you like, we can meet for a drink on the day of your arrival to go over any questions you may have.
Included in your stay, I can provide a local gourmet market tour as well as recommend the best cooking classes. I know the market workers as I’ve worked at the markets so I can provide a truly personalized experience. Sometimes, you’ll even get invited to eat breakfast with the market workers (obligatory glass of wine included).
I’ll provide information on the most convenient accommodation and best restaurants depending on what kind of experience you’re looking for. Within the itinerary, I’ll provide personal notes on my recommendations.
As a professional photographer, I can also provide family or couples photo shoots for a wonderful souvenir. See my photography website for more information.
My Style of Travel
The joy of Provence is the lifestyle. I believe it mandatory to spend time sitting in cafés, wandering hilltop towns, and marveling at the simply gorgeous countryside. Therefore, my itineraries include a selection of the most interesting things to do in the region, with lots of time for exploring.
Provence is a Big Place
My Itineraries focus on Les Alpilles, what I consider to be the essence of Provence. This is where the olive oil is produced. Depending on your stay, I’ll also include the more northern Cotes du Rhône region, Aix en Provence and the Luberon.
The cost for organizing the itineraries is 160€ via Paypal.
